Training Feedback

Foundation Course:

I was surprised how my eyes and mind were opened.

I certainly feel I learnt a lot in communication.

The course was very interesting, valuable and enjoyable learnt so much more than I expected.

Certainly made me think how I handle situations in my life!

Thoroughly enjoyed exercises in groups, pairs etc.  Tutor’s examples from her vast knowledge always interesting and to the point.

I wasn’t on the course originally but am glad I got the opportunity and have thoroughly enjoyed it – thank you.

Enables you to think differently, definitely a life skill worth having.

Tutor explained in detail very clearly the exercises.

Role play was invaluable, especially how the actors threw themselves in to it.

Made me more aware of how I interact with people.

Tutor has been very helpful and supportive - thank you.

Would like more role play practice but watching others very valuable.

The course has flown; I wish there were another.

Awareness Training:

Although ‘awareness’ course – there were practical benefits.

Am now very clear on what mediation is.

Good grounding for various staff depts.

Would like more depth – not a criticism but a ‘want’.

I can use some of the ideas in my day to day work.

I am more aware of the role of mediators and when a referral would be appropriate.
