Supervision

Alliance Mediation Management is able to provide support and supervision for active mediators and mentors who wish to improve their practise.

Supervision safeguards the interests of the client and supports mediators and mentors who often find their work stressful - sometimes, they may encounter a situation that they cannot deal with alone, or they simply need to "offload" something that has affected them deeply.  

Supervision sessions provide an opportunity for the mediator or mentor to receive feedback in a safe place where they can reflect upon their practice and explore the difficulties they have encountered. It can be a challenging experience; it can also be a valuable learning experience.

Alliance Mediation Management is also able to train staff to deliver supervision in house.

Effective supervision safeguards the interest of the client. When mediators and mentors are held accountable for their practice, the quality of the service delivered to clients is maintained.
